EXPERIENCE
Nita has over twenty years of legal experience, much of which has been spent preparing complex cases for trial. At Popejoy & MacKenzie, Nita is involved in virtually all aspects of case management and trial preparation including preparing pleadings, conducting legal research and witness interviews, assisting in depositions and, in our larger cases, maintaining indexes for tens of thousands of documents produced during discovery.
In addition to her work as a paralegal, Nita also is involved in firm administration, handling scheduling, billing and other management tasks.
